Grace is a PhD student at the University of Otago in Aotearoa, New Zealand. She is passionate about understanding and helping to grow the impact of food rescue organisations. Her most notable research examined the Social Return on Investment (SROI) created by food rescue organisations in New Zealand, demonstrating the value of investing in their work. This research was done in collaboration with the Aotearoa Food Rescue Alliance (AFRA), the national body for food rescue in New Zealand.

Grace will complete her PhD in 2024 and is excited about the future of her career and the opportunities it may bring.
