Josh Weiland serves as a member of the 412 Food Rescue leadership team and holds the Senior Director of Distribution Programs role, where he has been leading strategic initiatives since 2021. His work combines his passions for food justice and sustainability. Josh spent an early career working in restaurants in Pittsburgh and San Francisco, where he crafted an ethos of collaboration and rigorous determination. He then completed a degree in sustainability from Chatham University, concentrating on urban systems. During his career, Josh has worked in several Pittsburgh area non-profits where he has remained steadfast in his quest for social justice, driven by his desire to be an uplifting force.
